Enjoy Your Wedding Day While We Handle the Details
If you’ve already completed most of the planning but don’t want to coordinate everything on your wedding day, this package is for you. We will execute your vision so you can relax and fully enjoy your wedding celebrations.
Our Event Management includes:
- 6 weeks of access to your planner before the wedding day
- Creating the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception layouts
- Finalizing the music schedule and must-play songs
- Planner and one assistant onsite for 5 hours before the ceremony start time until the end of the wedding day
- Conducting the wedding rehearsal
- Sending final timeline and layouts to vendors 2 weeks prior
- Reviewing vendor contracts
- 1 scheduled in-person or virtual venue meeting
- Communicating with vendors in the 6 weeks leading up to your wedding
- Setting up and breaking down personal decor items
- Ensuring rental orders match layouts and necessary items are secured
