Our "Day-Of" service is more akin to an "À La Carte Service," tailored to cater to the unique requirements of our valued clients. Meanwhile, our "Event Management" service shines as our month-of coordination package, designed to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for your special day.
Do you manage rentals, and can you help with coordinating delivery, arrival, and setup times for various vendors such as photographers, florists, musicians, and caterers/banquet managers?
Certainly! Our aim is to ensure that your special day is as stress-free as possible, allowing you to fully savor and cherish every moment of YOUR big day!

Is it possible to enhance my Event Management package by incorporating elements from other packages?
Certainly! We understand that every wedding is unique, and we are more than happy to customize our packages to align with your dream wedding. Please note that there may be additional costs associated with these modifications, which will be reflected in your final bill.
What will be your presence duration on the day of the event?
For Event Management, we begin 5 hours prior to the ceremony and stay until the end. For Partial and Full Planning, we are the first to arrive and last to leave, overseeing every detail from start to finish.
Do you provide assistance with decorating?
We gladly assist with both the setup and breakdown of your personal decorations, such as placing your guest book and personalized signs. While we don’t specialize in high end decorating, we can certainly connect you with a reputable vendor who specializes in decorating to bring your unique vision to life. Additionally we have added a floral package as an a la carte option for centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, arches, and more.
What services are included in your Á La Carte options?
Our range of services includes a love story video, full wedding videography in partnership with Bee’s Films, Photo Booth Rental, Wedding Florist, Wedding Nail services (location-dependent), a variety of rental options. If there’s anything else you have in mind or require, please don’t hesitate to let us know - we’re here to accommodate your unique needs and preferences.
What are the pricing details for your packages?
Our pricing is tailored to provide flexibility and value for your investment. Virtual planning starts at $250, Event Management at $2000, Partial Planning at $2800, and Full Planning at $4200. These starting prices are designed to ensure that you have a framework to begin customizing your wedding planning experience with us. What is the difference between you and a venue coordinator?
To put it simply, a venue coordinator primarily handles everything related to their specific venue. They're the go-to person for questions about the venue's hours, storage options for your belongings, and what's covered in the rental fee.
On the other hand, our role is to oversee all the other aspects of your special day. We take care of the intricate details, act as your advocates, and provide guidance throughout the planning process that goes beyond the venue coordinator's responsibilities. Our aim is to ensure your wedding day is seamless and stress-free, covering all the bases that extend beyond the venue itself.
